Prior to joining the firm, Hosam spent six years as General Counsel at the investment management arm of a government agency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, giving him an exceptionally client-centric and commercial approach. Hosam also practised at two leading Saudi Arabian law firms operating at the time in cooperation with the firm.
Hosam has spent almost 15 years advising companies and government institutions on complex, high-value transactions and disputes in Saudi Arabia.

Dussur on a SAR1bn (USD267m) joint venture agreement with a multinational conglomerate to build gas turbines in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The mandated lead arrangers on a SAR9bn redrawable facility for the Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden).
The Saudi Arabian Football Federation on its landmark SAR1bn broadcasting deal with the MBC Group.
