Sugi is an experienced practitioner in M&A, corporate, capital markets and securities transactions with a strong track record in a wide range of sectors including private equity, TMT, digital, FIG, natural resources, and infrastructure.
His successful track record includes advising on numerous cross-border and domestic transactions involving strategic and financial investors, as well as both public and private entities. Sugi previously held the position of Head of Legal at a telecommunications company in Indonesia, where he gained valuable insights into the regulatory and operational challenges within the industry.
