Based in Israel, Lee Noyek acts as the face of the firm on the ground in Tel Aviv, playing a significant role in developing business and servicing local clients. 
Lee is a consultant to A&O Shearman, with a focus on cross-border corporate work and has experience in a wide variety of corporate finance, M&A, divestments, joint ventures, public takeovers, refinancings and initial public offerings. He has had particular experience co-ordinating high profile and challenging multijurisdictional M&A transactions.

Representative matters

Froneri, the 50:50 joint venture between PAI owned R&R and Nestlé, on the acquisition of the Noga Ice Creams Limited Partnership, part of the Nestlé-owned business Osem Group. This deal marks Froneri’s entrance into the Israeli market and brings all of the Nestlé Europe, Middle East and North Africa ice cream businesses into the Froneri Group.

Fattal Hotels on the €135,000,000 acquisition of European Hotel Management B.V., owner of Apollo Hotels.

Delek Automotives on international aspects of the NIS1b acquisition of Veridis from Oaktree.

A variety of ICO and crypto-currency related projects coming out of Israel.
