• PayPal across the spectrum of its legal requirements: M&A and investment work globally including Tink and Tabby; EMEA and APAC product regulatory and financial services counselling including tech, payments, data privacy and employment issues; civil and commercial litigation; and copyright and trademark cases.  
• SAP on the USD12.5 billion sale of Qualtrics International Inc. to Silver Lake Management and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and in its USD1.55bn carve-out and IPO of Qualtrics.
• Next Insurance, an insurtech company, in its Series C financing led by Munich Re, Series D led by CapitalG and Series E financing from existing investors and in its Series G financing led by affiliates of Allstate Insurance and Allianz X. 

• A new digital service provider on various M&A, tech alliances and other complex technology contracts to roll out new technology products and services in the Middle East, including high profile partnerships with leading technology companies including Google, Zoom, Honeywell and others.  
• EdgeConnex on a range of strategically important matters across the world including market first data center project financings in the U.S., and Chile, and its joint venture with Adani in India representing EdgeConneX’s first investment into APAC. 
• SS&C Technologies, Inc. as plaintiff in trade secret litigation, resulting in USD44 million jury award, plus fees, against a key competitor.  
• DISH Network, the US-based television and direct-broadcast satellite provider which forms part of the ECHOSTAR group, in patent infringement proceedings relating to adaptive bitrate video streaming in the UPC, UK and Germany.
